M'hrisi is considered rather beautiful among her people. Most of her fur is short, a light downy soft covering of gold, which darkens on her arms and legs, and forms good sized spots down her back and sides. Her tail is long and elegant, with thick fluffy fur that makes it a delight to observe. Her ears are large and well shaped, being slightly rounded at the tipes rather than straight points as many are. Her ears are expressive, often telegraphing her mood. She prefers simple clothing when off duty, generally settling into a simple tank-top and loose pants, while her uniform has been tailored to allow for ease of movement despite her digitigrade method of movement.

Empath - M'hrisi displayed as unusual talent in the form of a limited empathic ability. She has always been unusually sensitive to those around her and upon entering Starfleet she was tested and reigstered with a low grade physic talent in the area of empathy. While she is not a full telempath, she is able to pick up on the emotional states of those in close physical proximity to herself with an accuracy which is simply uncanny.
Intelligent - Starfleet only accepts the best, but even by Starfleet's standards, M'hrisi is one smart cat. Her main focus has always been on languages, and she is often called into high level meetings to act as interpreter or to translate classified documents.
Lonely - As is often seen in those of unusually high intellect, M'hrisi often finds herself feeling as though she is surrounded by idiots. It is hard to find someone who cn keep up with her quick mind nd she tends to cherish those who can.
Non-diplomatic - M'hrisi is not someone who should be trusted with diplomatic undertakings. She tends to be rather dismissive of those who she deems to be less intelligent than herself, including those of higher rank. She tends to speak her mind, even when it would be better to simply keep her mouth shut.
History:
- Born and raised on Cait, M'hrisi lived a fairly typical life for a young cub. Her parents were fairly well off, hardly rich but they had enough to live quite comfortably.
- She showed an interest in languages from a young age. Her mother worked as a translator for books, both fiction and non-fiction, putting them into their native language from the others spoken and written by the rest of the federation.
- M'hrisi excelled at her schooling, especially in those areas which related to interacting with others in a physical sense. She displays a talent for defusing schoolyard situations for for comforting those who are hurting
- Upon graduation from her mandatory years of secondary schooling, M'hrisi immediately signs up for a position in Starfleet.
- As soon as she is allowed to start specializing, M'hrisi joins the the science core, specifically working as a linguist and translator.
- Upon graduation, she is assigned to a position in headquaters on Earth.
- Being assigned a permanent placement planetside has it benifits, including a greater pool for dating, and a chance to become a parent. M'hrisi has two children, both with S'sar, a fellow Caitian from the engineering corp, the cubs being a daughter and a son. She sees her mate rarely, as he is assigned to a courier ship and is often out of the system, but the time that they do get to spend together is some of the happiest she's ever had.
- S'sar gives her a phoenix egg. It hatches a red female, which she names Ciara
- Sadly her happiness is not to last, and her mate dies in a transporter accident, taking a peice of M'hrisi's heart forever with him. as an empath she bonds far more strongly to those she cares about than others would and S'sar's loss is devastating to her.
- M'hrisi requests a change of location, finding that living where she currently does is not allowing her to move on from her grief as everywhere hold memories of S'sar
- In her new assignment, she finds herself at the Weyr, interacting with the inhabitants with the goal of learning as much about them as possible for addition to the Starfleet archives.
- M'hrisi is searched out by one of the dragons. At first she does not understand what this means, but she soon learns that this means she is considered suitable for a dragon. After inquiring and learning that standing as a candidate (and the possible impression which comes with it) will neither separate her from her children nor negatively reflect upon her career, she accepts the role.
- She finds herself impressing to several firelizards as time goes on. Each seems quite a reasonable thing to do at the time. Slowly they begin to help fill the void which still remains from her loss, though nothing will ever replace S'sar.
